As for the "game beat at 51" argument... sounds like a formality to me. I don't see a whole lot of players retiring their swords or spellbooks once they hit 51. Well, when the damp kicks would certainly be open to discussion, and lower may be better, but I'd argue that a player should have to wait until at _least_ level 130-140 before they start seeing the custom damp message.
