Does Mental Barrier block a person's attack or can it block all attack that is being made against the caster?
i.e
If you are in a group of sheeps that assists each other and you have MB casted on you, when you attack a sheep and the others assist, would the MB block all of the attacks or just the first sheep that hits you?

Mental Barrier blocks a number of attacks independent of how many people are delivering the attacks. It also doesn't take dodge and parry into consideration... So it probably is only going to actually block just the first mob's attacks

MB tries to last for exactly one round, but it's sort of clumsily implemented because of the limitations of our combat system. It really only lasts for one round for one attacker, plus anything that happened before that first "round".
In your scenario, MB would counter all of one sheep's attacks, but dissipate before the other sheep attacked you.
