I hate my neighbors.
And not because it's like "Keeping up with the Jones" or anything.
But for fun they sit in their backyard with a bb gun and shoot the squirles that are in the trees, crossing the fense or that are walking across the phone lines...
And then when they're shot..those poor little guys fall and die. Into my backyard.
And they seem to think it's funny.
So I went over a month ago and asked them to not do it because for one it's wrong and for two, I don't like dead animals in my yard.
I was blown off.
A week later, I went back over and asked them if they mind NOT shooting them, AGAIN.
Do you know what Roberto and his wife Rosalinda had the F&^(#!$ balls to say to me?
"Oh we don't like them coming into our yard and eating our fruit and destroying our flowers. So we try to get rid of them so they don't do it."
(wait for it)

You know, I've never made any secret about knowing I'd go to hell when I died, but I think that this remark is worth it.
I looked at Roberto and asked him, 'Well would you like it if we sat along the border in Texas and Chula Vista and shot at YOU when you were in OUR yard?
Roberto looked at me as his wife walked away and he said, 'It's not the same thing. You know how it is, in mexico we do it all the time. It's no big deal."
To which I replied, "It is the same. And I'm PUERTO RICAN. Get it right. Shoot something else that lives and watch what happens."
Since this no bb gun and no animals have been shot.
Also, there's been NO CHANGE to their landscaping in the backyard. It still looks like crap.
Jerks.
