Is the Server down?

Is the Server down?

I haven't been able to connect since the day before Thanksgiving.
I am getting a connection refused error when I try connecting.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

I want to turn in my questbag for Wolfman's scavenger hunt by the 28th (his deadline) but I cannot if I cannot connect.

I cannot connect either.
Deadline will be postponed until everyone has had a chance to submit their bags.
