we have a "jack fm" here in calgary. my favorite station, CJAY 92, ran ads when the other station changed formats to jack:

they're a rock station, play a mix of classic rock and more recent stuff. they've had pretty much the same format for more than 20 years now, and are quite consistently the top rock station in canada. i know i've heard a "playing what we want, when we want it" ad on tv recently, but i think it was probably an ad for jack, not cjay. (CJAY 92.1 FM Calgary, for anyone interested)

My friend calling me... she gets mad when I don't answer the phone, even though it's just to say good morning. Plus I think it's very sweet.
It's amazing that the amount of news that happens in the world everday always just exactly fits in the newspaper.

A monotonous beeping buzzer, then Radio 4 when I've finally dragged my carcass to the car.
Maybe some milk, if I go near the fridge. FROM THE BOTTLE - THE WAY THE COWS INTENDED!
